Pls my fellow Nlanders,I have a starcoms modem,but I can't use it because we don't have starcoms network in my new location. Pls how can I get to make use of d modem with mtn or zain sim. |

@poster dont bother trying to unlock d modem cos it will NEVER work wit d likes of mtn,zain, etc this is becos starcomms runs on cdma(code division mutiple access) having 1X and EVDO signals wile mtn,zain,glo etc runs on gsm(global system for mobile communication) having GPRS, EDGE,HSDPA signals. so now u see y d modem will never work on dose networks?. . . . .well maybe multilinks, zoom but dey also hv dia own modems  cheers  |
