When they all leave we have no one to teach us the junior doctors.
It will be devastating to our health system.

A cousin of mine left his 100k+ job in a government hospital to practice medicine in Abu Dhabi. When he saw his offer letter and the salary they were going to pay him, he literally cried tears of joy.
