Try to understand afghanistan demography. Most talibans are of pashtun tribe and few tajik. Pasthun is dominating tribe(40%) followed by tajik(25%). There are other small tribes. Resistance against taliban is from tajik stronghold-panjshir province. Historically, pashtun people conquered small tribes and made them part of Afghanistan.
Most people running away are from minority tribes.
