Many states don't even have enough money to pay workers salaries and many can not even independently stand alone.

Sometimes it's not even about leadership looting your money, it's basically the absence of money and you can not pay more than what you have at your disposal.

Based on Nigerian standard and pay scale, DRs are almost at the top, may run private clinics and diagnostic centers, many steal and send drugs from public clinics and hospitals and even divert patients and treatments to their own private clinics.

They are all crooks and part of the broken system.

You can stay and fix your country or leave and return to the same broken country to cry and moan that your country dix not improve.

Leaving your country for whatever reason is a personal choice and in most cases, it's a terrible choice, ask the disappointed Nigerians stuck abroad suffering than Nigerians here in Nigeria, many are getting trafficked, working menial jobs with poor wages under the table, running for immigration, wasting decades of their lives slaving to make ends meet without papers or even work permits.
