RE: THOSE FIGHTING APGA WILL DIE - OZONKPU VICTOR OYE

This statement made by the embattled factional chairman of APGA, Victor Ike Oye during the charade that took place at Alex Ekwueme Square in the name of Inauguration of Campaign Team can be simply described as a self inflicted ridicule that ought to be greeted with jeers from all the card carrying members of APGA because Oye is the actual fifth columnist in the party who deserves to kick bucket for APGA to have a breath of fresh air again.

The erstwhile party chairman who is a specialist in heist and defrauding aspirants of the party is the sole reason APGA lost Imo and Abia State in the last general election. Oye, a man who was nobody and do not know his kindred formation, before he was picked from the streets of Aba and made APGA Chairman in 2015 by decided to run down the party through his quest, perhaps greed and love of money.

According Victor Umeh’s leaked mail to the Governor, Umeh reported how several persons from Imo State had approached him to with complaints of monetary extortion from Chief Victor Oye during the last Primaries in IMO State. From Chief Umeh’s report, their were four outstanding cases of several persons that was defrauded and promised the Party's ticket but when the arrangement failed, Oye refused to refund their money.

The four aspirants defrauded by Oye were Okey Ezeh, Stanley Amuche, Chief Ihedi Ohakim, Chief Humphrey Anumudu.

From Okey Eze's Bank account information which he made public, Victor Oye with Chinedu Obidigwe negotiated and took from him a total sum of $100,000 made of two Installments of $50,000 each, the money in Naira equivalence is N273, 250,000 ( Two Hundred and Seventy Three Million, Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira) in return for APGA Governorship Ticket in Imo State for the 2019 General Elections.

Stanley Amuche from his statement informed that same Victor Ike Oye and Chinedu Obidigwe negotiated with him and received a total sum of N280,000,000 ( Two Hundred and Eighty Million Nairi) in return for APGA Governorship Ticket in Imo State for the 2019 General Elections.

Chief Ikedi Ohakim narrated that Oye Collected $300,000 ( Three Hundred Thousand Dollars) and N100M from him and other Payments which was detailed in his petition to EFCC.

The forth aspirant, Chief Anumudu said that Oye obtained a 2018 Toyota Landcruiser Black Jeep from him under false pretense. This is aside from other Dollar Cash receipts which he is ready to forgo.

Since Oye failed to deliver these men as he promised, he has been unable to refund the hard currencies he defrauded them. He resorted to lying to the Imo aspirants that Chief Victor Umeh and Archbishop Valerian Okeke were responsible for His inability to honour their Agreement.

The money he recovered from the Imo State Primary Election heist amounting to over One Billion Naira was used to purchase Houses in both Canada and Scotland and the remaining invested in a Private University he's partnering Orji Uzoh Kalu to build in Abia State.

This different account of day light fraud was the sole reason Oye truncated the 2019 conventions when he saw that the delegate list from the congress conducted on the 2nd, 3rd and 6th of May 2019 wouldn't give him a second stint as the National Chairman of APGA. He went ahead to dare the temple of justice and ignored the interim injunctions which him not to go ahead with his purported Awka convention where he produced himself as the National Chairman and has transversed the lenght and breath of Nigeria looking for favourable Court Judgement since 2019 in a desperate voyages to find legitimacy to the illegality of his office.

In his forum shopping for favourable judgement, Oye has gone to Oyo State High Court Ibadan, The High Court of FCT, The Bauchi State High Court, The Delta State High Court, The Anambra State High Court and The Abia State High Court Umuahia. In most of these courts he filled more than two suits mostly through his friends by proxy.

Oye killed APGA'S chances of extending her dominance to Imo and Abia State because of his love for trivialities. He ensured APGA was buried in these two States in exchange for money.

The embattled factional Chairman is a man of questionable character who lacks good moral and has caused so much embarrassment for APGA. Oye has gone ahead to replicate the Imo heist in Anambra by also defrauding aspirants of the party and disqualifying them to give Soludo a soft landing, a decision that is about to ruin APGA's chances of retaining Anambra State.

Oye thus far has proven to be a clog in the wheel of APGA'S progress through his abuse of office, he's the one covertly fighting APGA and must be destroyed for the the party to have a breath of fresh air.
