Joe Igbokwe, a Chieftain of the All Progressive Congress (APC) has deleted a Facebook allegation he made against members of the Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB) claiming they razed down his Nnewi home in Anambra State.

“IPOB invaded my house in Nnewi about now,” the Lagos-based henchman of the ruling party alleged. “I am sure they raised (sic) down my house giving the jerrycans of petrol being offloaded from their sienna via CCTV. To God be the glory I am still alive.”

Mr Igbokwe, the Special Adviser on Drainage and Water Resources to the Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, made the allegation Sunday afternoon.

When his page on the social media network was rechecked Sunday evening probably for more updates and evidences on his claims against the secessionist group, TODAY POLITICS observed that the post has been deleted.

He had attached a photograph of the assailants offloading jerry cans of alleged flammable substances from a Toyota Sienna vehicle which he said was captured by the CCTV.

He also uploaded a video clip of the destructions done at his abode which is still circulating on various online platforms.

“Video unavailable. This video may no longer exist, or you don’t have permission to view it,” the link of the video he posted read when revisited, a situation which occurs when a video clip is deleted on Facebook.

Mr Igbokwe did not return requests seeking his reason for deleting the multimedia contents.

Emma Powerful, spokesman of the secessionist group demanding the restoration of the defunct Biafra Republic was also not reachable as at press time.

Mr Powerful has severally distanced his group from the increasing violent attacks that has heightened as the governorship election in the state draws near.

Last week, a prominent medical doctor, Chike Akunyili, husband of former NAFDAC boss, Dora, was assassinated. IPOB said the killing had political undertones.

Meanwhile, the operational base of the State Security Service (SSS) in Nnewi was set ablaze by unidentified gunmen Sunday morning.

It's his post and may even intend to update it and if he doesn't, it's his prerogative so it should not be an issue if he deletes the post in the meantime the unfortunate incident is fresh and the video may be of interest to the security agencies.

Except they are suggesting that his house was not burnt by his adversaries he called out as the IPOB terrorist group in SE, then we should know he is not sleeping. Someone like him is an aluta major so they should expect him to act in defiance of their tyranny.

Anambra state election will come and go and Nigeria will remain. None of the lives lost can be recovered, so anyone acting as mercenary to this vicious political actors in the SE is not being rational.

All the enemies of Nigeria will lose las las. They always lose. God bless Nigeria.

Probably they hacked his account undecided

Joe Igbokwe is just allowing himself to be used or played into their hands!

Buhari is very desperate! He has the power and resources

Someone that could make Twitter eat out of the palms of his hands can do anything!

Lekki is another constant reminder that is current regime is capable of anything!

Joe igbokwe needs to come down to the East and ascertain the level of destruction done to his house or is he not an Anambran again?

Joe Igbokwe is just a foolish man, even when he talks you will know he got nothing upstair.

A man that foolishly came out openly to celebrate the arrest of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu even when other enemies of Kanu are silent.

Maybe his wife and his few
relatives have talk small sense in his empty skull.

Joe should know.If a man cook for a community, the community will finish it and still need more but if the community cook for a man,he no fit stand an.

Just giving a dog a bad name to hang it. Joe Fulanikwe has been talking rubbish against ipob for a long time and they didn't burn his house...so why now? Let's assume they wanted to kill him; of what use was it, burning an empty house?

NL was quick to move that thread were he blamed ipob to FP. Hope this will make FP too.

The Joe hediot has seen that ipob finished what he cooked for them, but he can't finish what IPOB will cook for him (parable)

Joe is a useless man.

Though it was bad for anyone to burn down his house, but I believe it can't be IPOB.

Joe igbokwe made so many enemies for himself both in Lagos, ABUJA and his home town.

He has been trying to meddle in Anambra gubber elections, who knows which of his enemies paid him a visit with fire.

Since devil relocated to Nigeria, maybe the devil lives in his house now or just visited.

cybersoldiers:

His kinsmen will roast him alive.
He just buried his mother in law recently, like days ago, in that same Anambra and posted the pictures online.

If he's that hated, he wouldn't be so popular and well recieved at the funeral held in public glare.
His kinsmen are not the ones after him. It's his political adversaries who can't tolerate a different opinion who want him dead .
