Every good good code has a fail safe. Enter a wrong data type/data outside the expected range or incomplete data, and the code returns a set error reply. Of course the IPPIS was deliberately designed with loopholes to perpetuate fraud by some insiders. Imagine the billions being skimmed of worker's salaries monthly.
