You don't give the poor loans that's what papa failed to understand. You give them a job first create jobs that they can wake up to go too. If he used that money to start a factory or industries which he is monitoring everyday then he would have got a good result the profit is used to start another business on and on then when they are fully profitable you sell them. Let us be honest no reasonable business man would invest in us.
