how/when is the best time to have a short nap in an office/working environment in naija. i work from 8am to 6pm, couple with the trafic, i get home after 8pm every day monday thru saturday. How do i have a nap/sleep like i used to when i'm not working embarassed

That is easy. you work normal hours . I work 8AM-9PM (some weekends too)

Try the following, it has helped me a lot

1: Eat a late lunch say around 5PM (Nap at Lunch-time that should be like 1hr)
2: Use the gents for longer periods - our white-house is pretty clean/quiet you can do at least 30 minutes right there grin

You are joker! take a toilet break then catch a 15-20 minutes nap after all you could be constipated
