Lagos engineers need to pay more attention to the kinds of material quality they use in building .. all they think about is money money money .. it’s not nice .. they should provide quality building… and not just fake .. the foundation I guess wasn’t solid enough to hold what came on top …

Foundation is very important. Soil sample is also important. Load distribution and elastic material
