What is Solar Energy and it uses?

Solar energy is a renewable, inexhaustible and affordable form of energy. It can be used to cook food, heat water, and generate electricity. Furthermore, electrical energy generated from solar energy can be stored in solar cells.

What is Inverter and it uses?

The inverter performs conversion of direct current to an alternating voltage by converting the energy stored in the dc sources like battery and rectifiers. The batteries in the inverter store energy in the form of direct current and the home appliances we use need alternating current and this is how inverters work.

The concept of solar powered Inverter simply means; sunlight giving energy to a battery through solar panel, the battery in turn gives power to the inverter for AC power supply to power home appliances.

Battery Technology

Why should you choose a Tubular battery?

Tubular batteries are best fitted for long power backup requirements and have a longer service life. These batteries require minimum effort to maintain and need fewer water top-ups. They are more reliable and usually come with a longer warranty period compared to a flat plate battery. A tubular battery is more expensive and takes more space to store than a flat plate battery.

Solar inverter solution can be done bit by bit if you don't have the financial acumen to do it once, you can start with Battery and Inverter (Whereby you depend on NEPA/Gen to charge the battery through the inverter), and later you can add more batteries and solar panels to charge the battery.
