Good, nobody has the right to insult a sitting government.

It is unpatriotic and unIslamic

Now, I get it.

It is unIslamic.

But, does Islam support sufferings and oppression from the elites to the masses?

Who likes to be poor?

Does Islam support poverty, greediness?

Is it patriotic to be greedy?

Unfortunately Nigeria is a democracy, not unless this is revoked, it grants the freedom of speech regardless of your religion.
And freedom of speech means you can say whatever without being represented by the government.
This doesn't mean that what you say doesn't have consequences tho.

The governor here is just abusing his power, if he doesn't like what the man said, he could have sued him for defamation of character.

You don't need to convict someone to call the names. But you do need to convict someone to jail them.
Now the question you should ask (yourself) is, "Why jail him? Was he convicted in any court of competent jurisdiction?

That's why they say, watch what you say.......

Inasmuch, that it is obvious, that all our governors are extremely corrupt.....but you can't just go on social media and be calling them thieves, without having an ample evidence to back it up.......

That's why I am always laughing , when I read, what most nigerians post on social media.....thinking that they are untraceable.......even all the useless tribal bigots on nairaland posting trash and the useless good for nothing moderators on this useless forum, can be traced and send to jail....

No more freedom of speech in this administration... So, watch what you say.

PMB administration is not like that of GEJ

Politicians are thieves... we know that already.
Don't be ignorant!
The law in Nigeria see Ganduje as innocent untill proven guilty by a competent court of law. Freedom of speech is a scam world wide. You need to know what law says before exercising ur freedom.

Many people are emotionally handicapped, you can not just label someone a thieve no matter who they are.

Useless sets of people. Tomorrow now, they will go to the mosque and start shouting Allah a'kbar. Yet won't think twice to imprison someone who calls their bluff. Hypocrites

The right thing to say is Ganduje is a suspected thief. Considering the video we saw, he is a suspect and it is open for the law to confirm true or otherwise.

Also, it is baffling how people are charged for calling politicians names. the useless president we have called Youths lazy. Of course he is protected by the constitution and free speech. I honestly feel that charging someone for calling you names is pure bully and any sensible judge should not entertain.

Another sad thing is people don’t know their rights and there is no body to represent them in court.

I remember how one useless human in connivance with some unscrupulous law enforcement officers accused my friend of computer hacking of another person’s computer. No proof, just out of thin air.

I tire for this country

Was he not caught on tape hiding stolen public dollars in his anus? Just like some other hardened crooks carry theirs in bullion vans.
