Hello Nairalanders We all know breakfast is the most efficient meal of the day. Studies have also shown that the right meal in the morning get your your system up and active all through the day. Have been having difficulties settling for heavy meal like staples rice and bread in the morning, so I don't mind if you can suggest a nice breakfast one can have in the morning for going to the office? Tea and bread (egg, butter, sardines) is just the best meal for break fast on Mon - Fri Moi moi, or akara and akamu on Saturday morning Rice and plantain on Sunday morning All these are for those that have jobs o For the jobless people... As a matter of fact, eye yam not a white man, neither am I in US, UK or Germany. I love my breakfast to be heavy so that I go root well for ground with a full bar of coordination. If You Want Me To Have Problem With You Just Make Tea For Me In The Morning And You Go See Wahala Wey Wear Agbada And Chieftaincy Cap. For the past few weeks have been golden morn my number one breakfast meal. Not only for the nutrients I get from eating eat also for the fact that I can win simply buy submit the wrapper in the Golden morn heritage promo. |
