I have a little business I am doing presently and it requires only two days in a week, Monday and Thursday.
I have the remaining five days of the week free to myself, please I need your candid advice, what part time business or job I can be doing for the remaining five days of the week to make it countable? I am also open to learning new skills.
Your advice can go a long way in changing my life for good.
I reside in ibadan

Save enough money from the current business you're running and use it to start another business. And note...any business you choose to start must be one that moves well in your current location.

Or better still you can learn a skill that will be useful to you in your location.

Good luck.

Learn digital skills, get a good laptop and internet connection...

Bless up my gee....mafo oluwa is involved.

First off, you need to know your strengths if you decide to earn online.

Check the www.websitelearners.com...i bet you'd learn alot from there more than you did in the four walls of any school.

You need skills to make money online, it can. Be photo editing, graphic design, video editing, search engine optimization, digital marketing, e-commerce website development etc.

Use glo to access night data..it's N50 for unlimited YouTube access from 12 - 5am.

search, Follow and subscribe on YouTube this popular tech channel "websitelearners"...you'd learn a lot from there more than you ever did in the four walls of a classroom.

The future is tech, don't sleep on it.

You need lots of data, food and zeal to learn for 6 months consistently...after you must have mastered the skill, go to LinkedIn and craft a good profile.

Go to enhancecv.com and build your resume.

Look for fellow skillsets specialists within your chosen field, introduce yourself and tell them you'd like to work on some projects with them for free so you can build your portfolio from there.

Create a paypal account, sign up on freelance sites where you can get remote work (US, Canada, Australia, Estonia, Germany), you can earn as much as $20 per gig daily as a beginner.

I think you should start with reading good Books.
It helps you know how to identify opportunities around and far from you.
Pray to God to open your eyes to see a problem.
While you check the thing you're doing presently to see if there's any complimentary or supplementary thing to add to it.
Start thinking from what you already know.
The internet is saturated with lots of informations on what to do
Truth is that, individually we have specific areas we can do better in
So my man.
Think inwards first.
Then be opened to learning
Don't think you'll just dive into something all at once.
You'll have to find something and put your mind in weeks for learning phase.
Only you can determine if to continue or stop.
Look also at Trading
You can check your present business for something that's always needed you can sell to your Colleagues.
Raw materials or services that align with your present work
Start from there

Learn how to start a YouTube channel or learn a foreign language and walk your way out of Nigeria. Either ways, you will be earning in foreign currency. $2k is more than one million naira now. So what else do you need for motivation. Country man, don't dull yourself.

Buy DSTV and GOTV and enjoy your free time.

It's not difficult.

Or if you hate working on Monday and Thursday, change it to Tuesday and Friday..
