That statement from you is childish at best. APC didn't win elections in Imo State. APC was a distant 4th in the results. They claimed results in 5 local governments were nullified and by the margins even if the results were bot nullified there was no way APC would win meaning that it was either the other parties scored zero. The supreme court in their ruling didn't factor in the results of other parties hence it was seen as a huge travesty of justice in Imo.
For Bayelsa's case it was due to APC being stupid and fielding a deputy governor with false qualifications and identity. That was the basis of the ruling which disqualified APC candidate and awarded the election to the runner up which was PDP. Please in your quest to seem woke when you want to abuse igbos please try and be smart about it. That's my advice to you.

Every state has their own time table for their state elections. It's different in every state. The next in Anambra is 2025. So, till then, other states may have their own elections within that period.
