Your 1.5Kva is 1.2 kw. As long as it can handle the surge it would work. I don't know what else you have connected. If they are less than half the inverter capacity combined with the freezer I will leave them on.
Here is the important caveat!!!!!!!!!!!!! How much storage do you have? Are your batteries enough to manage the load?

The sticker showed that the freezer consume 1.15KW in 24 hours. He would need to limit the use as this equals the rating of his inverter.

KWH is a measure just like the way the odometer in your car records how many miles or Km you traveled. It does not tell me how big your engine is or how much fuel you have in the tank.

I have GXQ 12v 2000watts inverter everything works fine but I feel the charging lights blinks showing charge but I feel its not charging well what could be the problem advice.

Well, i would not totally agree with you by using the word "better". Voltron only has a microcontroller board integrated into it. i.e Voltron devices are Hybrid Inverters.
Its an indian product which isnt so common unlike the chinese we have in mass available in the market

Please how do you differentiate between 200 ah and 150 ah batteries. Which test can one run to know the difference.
