I am reaching everyone from experience points y of view. With proper packaging you get very minimal breaks or cracks. Those cracks can be eaten or sold cheaper. Spoilage, eggs stays ling before it gets splint. Moreover, my business model is to get the demand before you supply. On debtors, make it known that it is cash and carry and so will they respond. Plan the business and make the money. Stop the excuses. Right now, egg is in high demand and the supply is low.
