In life, a good leader requires strong set of leadership qualities to enable positive interaction with their team members, political members, associates, constituents and others.

Behavioral theories suggest that some leadership skills may not be inborn but can be learnt. People can acquire leadership qualities through training and learning the skills overtime.

The most important qualities of a good leader include communication, integrity, accountability, humility, resilience, vision, influence and positivity.

There are divine qualities that makes a great leader irrespective of what leadership means to you and it is undeniable fact that certain people can greatly influence the lives of others in their community based on their mission, experience and insights.

Honorable Prince Olaide Akinremi is indeed a born leader and a man who has wide-range of leadership skills acquired from corporate, private and government organizations.
