Jail break doesn't happen for nothing. Whenever it occurs, someone on the inside is needed outside for something big. Watch our for what will happen in the coming days.

The attacker that got trapped was the only killed. Please read carefully. It's unfortunate that with the quick response they couldn't stop the jailbreak. God bless Nigeria and may the soul of the departed armed guard rest in peace in Jesus name amen

Evidently...the whole security architecture has been compromised.

A Fulani Terrorist sympathizer from the inside must have helped the outsiders coordinate and invade the prison premises.

So messed up....

Are there any serious manhunts now to pursue them in their various bush hideouts? A compromised system will simply want a complacent impedance to halt any further pursuit and longingly wish it away from people's collective memories. This is how more innocent Christian villages get attacked further...

Let the people of the state demand for a serious manhunt to capture these Fulani Terrorists!

In a sane society, the Controller-general would have resigned by now. When did prison break become so easy like what we have been witnessing recently in the country.
May God save our country!

And some weeks ago when Oyo State governor, Makinde promised to provide security equipment for Oyo prisons, Aregbesola shunned him, now see this. APC and irresponsibility... In a sane society Aregbe and the ruling party would have resigned over the spate of jailbreaks(not just one). And I read somewhere that this same Aregbe is considering running for President. Nigeria is indeed a zoo.

But APC has perfected plans to rig the forthcoming presidential election in its favor.

Nigeria is in for a long long waiting room to be rescued from all these.

Must criminals be escaping in this era of insecurity. What kind of government is this.
And this is done by the same fulani herdsmen they refuse to tag as terrorists.
If this continue people will resort to jungle justice.

Ok...I get you! I really do understand where you are coming from by what you said earlier.

But this is the same Buhari who was a madly crazy and strict Military head of state in the 80s with his Tunde Idiagbon sidekick. Buhari executed so many armed robbers by firing squad in those days for crying out loud!

As a civilian President, I dare say he has even more powers now and resources at his behest to sentence to death all the Boko Haram and Fulani Herder Terrorists out there. Especially, since the National Assembly is just a rubber stamp to approve whatever laws they can muster and dream of. Why don't we see the same firing squads on these terrorists today to send a strong message?

...they are his brothers and he cannot hurt them that's why. It has nothing to do with any military leadership (already compromised) or civilian leadership at all. Too much power is concentrated at the center and any one person can just wake up and severely abuse it in this pseudo-democracy we now have.

This administration is already a military dictatorship disguised as a democracy.

Fulanis not hausas are the trouble

But they are also useful tools and accomplices when it is required in the urban areas. They almost always ally with the Fulanis, rallying around their religion.

Have there been any prominent Hausa leaders who have confronted Buhari about his disastrous policies? Even when their fellow Hausa farmers in the core North are being murdered?

I dare say, their religion has shackled them together in an unfortunate manner--with one party urging the other to sacrifice their flesh for dinner while the victim (the Hausa) is being brain washed to be grateful about it in the "name of religion"!

They are using the same "Northern Arewa" logic to shackle more Christian ethnic minorities who want nothing to do with them (and thank God for Christianity in this regard) threatening them to sacrifice their flesh for a nonsense cause from the Sahel. They are also using the same "One Nigeria" logic to try to shackle the whole South just to be able to exploit their resources.

So you get the drift now: "One Religion" (imprison gullible Hausas), "One North" (deceive gullible Christian Middle Belters) and "One Nigeria" (exploit Southern oil and gas resources).

The Hausas also benefit a lot in this exploitation and so are willing to look away even when their fellow Hausa muslim farmers get kidnapped and murdered. However, they easily rally around each other when it comes to doing nonsensical Jihadist exploits. They are both culpable.
