Legal system in Nigeria is total joke. How can a legal proceedings that hv gone half way be made to start afresh simply cos the trial judge was transferred or promoted? That was how Orji Uzor Kalu was released from prison in legal proceedings that lasted almost 20yrs simply cos the judge that sent him to prison rendered the judgment after he, the judge has been promoted to a higher court. Nigeria's legal system needs to be revamped in its entirety.
