I am of the opinion that the Nigerian police is one the most funded police in Africa.Apart from the allocation given them by the government I bet if an audit is done on the amount of money they collect from Nigerians and non Nigerians alike on the road,in their stations and other places.we pay for pen,paper,fuel and other logistics.All these would amount to billions every year.The only problem is all these money is shared by greedy senior officers.
