I know we often pass the blame to the government and our politicians but assuming we work as individuals to help our communities or another community, development can come upon us as a country. This might on the long run help give us a good picture of what we can do when we get to positions of authority/power.

Assuming you have access to about 50million Naira and you have the right things in place, what will you do as a development project to empower an indigenous area in Nigeria with an intiative that's sustainable and at the same time aligns itself to millenium development goals.
