According to Oyo State Scout Commissioner (SSC) Mr Adetunji Adepeju,that some suspended Scouters teamed up with some scout that as grievances against the person of Mr Tunji Adepeju, proceeded to install the current Chief Justice of Oyo state as Oyo state scout president with forged documents,to get at Mr Adetunji Adepeju.As they succeeded in making the Chief Justice of Oyo State their "president",it was just a matter of time for the national scout council to
queue behind them because of the position Justice Munta Abimbola occupies in the state as CJ.As expected,the first action Abimbola took was to appoint this characters as the new caretaker committee of Oyo Scout, this action created problem and division in Oyo state scout Council.The Legal and rightful State Scout Commissioner went to court to sue Justice Abimbola, for his illegal appointment as Oyo State Scout president,for four months the case file was dumped and unattended to,until the boys and girls of Oyo Scout have to carry out an open protest to kick against this assumed intimidation and oppression by Justice Munta Abimbola and his appointees before the case was finally assigned,till date Justice Munta Abimbola carries on in Oyo Scout as if nothing is happening in the law court,it is a fight by common people against the power of the day.
