Moghalu said he used to buy the same bottle for N600.

seems you havent been following the news to read about how farmers have suffered greatly this year, from herdsmen crisis in the benue, kidnapping and banditry in the North east and west, tribal/ communal conflicts etc. Fertility of the soil does not guarantee a bountiful harvest.

That's true though. Plus the fact that our agricultural practices in Nigeria is sadly very achaic. Our yield per land area is just too low, even when compared with other African countries.

they prices go up because of fuel price and general economy. If energy prices drop, food prices would come down.
