Government has little or no business with job creation. What they need to do is put in infrastructure and the private sector will take over. With these things, investors don't need to bother about siting their companies in remote areas because there's road connection to the world. So he did so well

Job Creation is the primary duty of a government.

The 8th Sustainable development goal is decent work and economic growth for all.

The Government must invest massively into jobs and economic growth.

This will mean providing support to small and medium scale enterprises to grow.

What Biden is celebrating however is that they made the economic policies that drove the job creation.

The only way government can employ people is massive infrastructure development which is why Biden is pushing for "Build back better". A trillion dollar infrastructure development plan which is expected to boost the minimum wage and drive the employment through the roof.

Unless you're working in the civil service, the government can't directly employ you. Take it to the bank
