I remember growing up, I hated eating egusi soup with eba. So anytime we made egusi soup, I'll be agitating for fufu and would rather wait for my daddy to come back before I eat because he too likes it with fufu.

It got to a stage, everyone switched to fufu for egusi soup only. While okra and other soups go with eba.
