All these useless empowerment schemes should stop! Create enabling environment for all and Nigerians will thrive, businesses will grow.
Stop giving handouts especially the way it's done here in Nigeria to friends and families. a higher percentage of the funds will even be embezzled.

the senators, govs in the south infact politicians generally......I don't believe empowerment in the south especially agriculture. The money is always there but it doesn't get to the grassroots....

Anything empowerment a year before election is always controversial in the end. I know politicians too well.

The problem is the thinking of the general public.

Replace all these people with other set of Nigerians and the problem would remain.

Many Nigerians are simply corrupt.
