Nigerians took to their Twitter handles to express mixed reactions as the APC national leader was welcomed by mammoth crowd which comprised men and women of Oyo State as seen in Videos circulating online

The national Leader of the All Progressive Congress APC, 2023 presidential aspirant Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu who recently declared his ambition to run for the number one office on Saturday 15th January arrived at Ogbomoso to commiserate with Alao Akala's grieving family. Highlights from the event shows a mammoth crowd cheering in an apparent show of support for the Former Lagos State Governor.

Another section of Tweeps emphasise the need for grassroots political participation, urging every Nigerian, especially the youths to gear up for the 2023 polls by getting their Permanent Voters Cards and supporting candidates of their choice rather than resort to unnecessary bickering on the platform
