Today it’s Jonathan, tomorrow Osinbajo, Next tomorrow Fayemi, another day Amaechi, then even Thiefnibu of all people.

PDP should borrow APC one of their competent Presidential Candidates.
Competent presidential candidates from PDP? I laugh who? Mention the person? My friend you are dreaming no competent presidential candidate in PDP even in APC

This article is like a bone you almost threw away then saw tiny meat on it.

Hehehe people have guts sha! You came from nowhere and expect Apc presidential ticket, a party built and nurtured by others, beyond arrogance I must say!

These political birds were in to stop Tinubu, the only one to beat in 2023 and as with all bad plots put together in a hurry if fell apart like a $2 suitcase.

The forces trying to push Tinubu out are looking at the general Yoruba population and forgot that we still have alpha male as they used to come. Apc is still firmly in the hands of Jagaban.

I begin to wonder why other opposition political parties continue to efface themselves in the political arena.

The dismal performances of these two Siamese political parties (PDP & APC) should have been a veritable platform for them to at least have their voices heard.

Wusai!

Little wonder all of them fail woefully in all elections.

Let them merge and be prepared to go for the jugular of the political terrain.

If I had my way, these two yeyenatu political parties won't smell the seat of power in a very long time.
Alas!

This is Nigeria.

A country where any and everything goes!

Yes, it is. The old cargo desperados can Kpai anybody outside their political clique that suddenly emerges and has a genuine chance of winning. And nothing will happen. Such a person won't have the money to splash or protection of state apparatus.

If they bribe him with NNPC, NPA or any other lucrative position or money and refuses, dem go take care of am. It was for a lesser position than the presidency that Funsho Williams was kpaied.
Even Bola Ige, a serving minister was eliminated and nothing happened. Harry Marshall, same thing. This is Nigeria.

I have always said this and I will say it again...
GEJ can never become the president of Nigeria again in his lifetime...

Not for any reason other than the fact that he has just 4yrs...
Even if the north plots to use him for four years so that they can get back in power quickly...the south will blatantly say NO..

Any presidential candidate of the south south ,south west or south east will always want to use their 8yrs completely....

Nobody want a candidate with a four year tag on his head ..

Just the reason I dislike our type of democracy; is all about power-sharing, oppression and personal gain or looting. from now till 2023 nothing meaningful will happen in this government again apart from preparation for the election year.

Dumb logic

How many times did Buhari go round to negotiate

How many times did Atiku go round to negotiate

If it is Igbos, the Bar will he set up so high for them

So for a criminal like Tinubu to go round meeting other criminals who kept Nigeria where it is what makes him a better option?

Which useless vindication? I doubt if Nigeria would have even existed by now if Jonathan was still in power. With the high revenue generated during his tenure and the way he mismanaged everything is an indication to the fact. Like Buhari, Jonathan is even a bigger failure if you consider the circumstances surrounding their reigns without bias.

He told you the bitter truth. That is what is obtainable in our political space regardless of what you think. Nobody will call you to come and take the presidency, you MUST build alliances. It looks as though you know little about politics when you asked who Buhari consulted. Firstly, Buhari had a very strong political base prior to his alliance with Tinubu, who himself was strong. Buhari had already challenged the then legendary powerful rigging machinery of PDP almost to a stand still before joining forces later on. The truth is, no politician of the south east extraction has the political machinery Buhari or Tinubu had currently. Again, they will be called names like unity beggars, caliphate worshippers etc by the same igbos if they try to form alliance with the hausas. Igbos and Yorubas are also Cat and Rat. Without an alliance of two of the three major tribes we have, it will be difficult for one to produce a president at the polls. That is the sad reality.
