According to the victim, he learnt to be vigilant after surviving an attempt by burglars to gain access into his apartment sometime ago.

Efforts to apprehend him was futile as he escaped into the dead of the night after the cut.

Residents are by this notice requested to report anyone found nursing such type of injury within the neighborhood.

The wan they’re describing the injury as fatal, if the thief is found dead, na straight to detention & murder charges that homeowner go face from the law. People should learn to distinguish between revenge and justice.
Justice ensures the victim remains innocent because the society through the State is responsible for prosecuting but vengeance can potentially unleash a vicious cycle of retribution and endless blood letting particularly in gang related crime.

In this case except if the perp is a petty criminal the victim will sleep with two eyes closed. If he is part of a gang.....
