A 29-year-old man has taken to Twitter to celebrate after undergoing vasectomy to make sure he never fathers a child, IGBERETV reports.

The divorce photographer with Twitter handle @JagIsOffline, disclosed that he is not married and has never had kids but he knows he doesn’t want to have children.

Sharing photos taken after the procedure on Twitter, the excited man wrote,

“I did it. I just got my irreversible vasectomy done.

I’m 29. Unmarried. No children and no intention of ever having any. I’ve wanted this for years. It’s surreal.

Thank you to everyone who advised, donated, and @NthabiWabi for supporting me through every step Two hearts”

There’s always a psychological reason behind these decision. Sometimes, the person may not even know about it, because it has been hidden in the past or subconscious as coping mechanism of the mind..

It could be fear of failure
Childhood pain caused by parent
Abandonment fear..
Self-esteem issues..

The list is almost endless..

By the time u attend 10 children dedications.

What’s his reason? Experience has thought many not to make irreversible decisions because as we grow opinions change.

I’m guessing he wants to be a randy gigolo who will never have any type of responsibilities born from his randy behavior.

I have been seeing this posts on Facebook since yesterday and there are things I would like to say.

First, we know its his choice and I respect that. He is also entitled to do anything with his body but I think decisions like this needs to be thought through very well.

The only thing constant in life is CHANGE. Meaning we all change with time. At certain points in our lives we tend to want things we initially said we didnt want in the past.

Like me for example, after getting my B.Sc in 2015, I remember saying I will never go to school again becos getting that B.Sc was so stressful for me. I even had to come back the following year to clear my SIWES and Project Defence before I could collect my B.Sc Degree by hand. I came out with a 2.2 grade and I'm proud of it but I almost swore with sand that I will never study again and I kept on saying it years after that I will never go back to school again. I was done with School for life.

But fast forward 2022, I am already planning on going back to school to start a fresh degree. Some days ago, I was buying some study materials and one spirit said "Remember what you said years ago" and that memory flashed right before my very eyes and I just started laughing.

Bottom line is....
WE AS HUMAN BEINGS CHANGE WITH TIME. NEVER MAKE IRREVERSIBLE DECISIONS.

This man might say he never wants kids now so he goes to get a Vasectomy but what if he decides to change his mind tomorrow but unfortunately he has done a vesectomy which is totally IRREVERSIBLE.

In this life, Never say never!!!

IRREVERSIBLE decisions like this has rendered alot of people sad for the rest of their lives.

Same thing happen to Popular Wrestler John Cena. He did a Vasectomy years ago but when he engaged his fiancée Nikky Brie of the Bella Twins who was also a wrestler too, she got frustrated in the relationship because she wanted children but unfortunately John Cena couldnt give her kids. She later broke up with him and now has a kid with popular dancer Artem. They are even engaged now. John Cena was heart broken becos she was the love of his life. He has started regretting doing a vasectomy.

My point is, before you take a drastic decision that can make or mar your life, think about your future. Remember that you might change your mind tomorrow and start craving for things you never wanted.

Women also carry out what they call a TUBECTOMY where they cut out part of the Fallopian tube. Similar to Vasectomy for males where they cut out part of the vas defrens.

At least women carry out insurance policy by freezing their eggs before doing such so incase they want children in future, they use their frozen eggs, get a sperm donor and get a Surrogate to carry their child for them. Simple.

At least men should also be smart too by carrying out an insurance policy by freezing their sperm (if there is anything like that) before a vasectomy so in case they change their mind tomorrow to have kids, they would have something to fall back on.

This is my two cents.
