Eight( Component that makes Great Leadership.

I was just thinking on what to write,so this Subject popped up on my mind.

▶Number One Component: Love

Every great leadership Begins with love for the people and the land.
Love covers multitude of sin. Love opens all door.
Nothing can replace love. When love is absence,you can't lead right..

▶Number Two Component: Purpose

Leadership without a purpose is like a house without roof on it.
Purpose gives you description of what you're meant to solve for the people and land.
Position is not leadership
True leadership Begin with a purpose.

▶Number Three Component: Vision

Where there is no vision,My people will Perish. The primary core of great Leadership is Vision.

Vision produces direction.
Many leaders struggle because they lack vision of where they are going.
You need vision to have great leadership.

Number four Component: Passion

The fuel that drives vision is passion. Passion is a burning fire in your bones.
It keeps you awake when others are sleeping.

A leader without passion will be weak in due time.

Number Five Component: Character

One thing I know about leaders is that they're people of great character.
Dr. John C Maxwell wrote a book titled " Talent is not enough " he explained beyond talent,you need character.

What sustain greatness in leadership is Character.
Build Character.

Number Six Component: Relationship

Great leadership need quality relationship to survive.
How well you invest in people and relate with people is how you well you will grow because you learn as you relate.

Number Seven Component: Goals and Decision Making

Successful leadership need Goals and wise Decision making.
If you can't make smart Goals,you can't lead right.
If you can't make right decision,you can't lead right.
You need wisdom to make wise decision in leadership.

Number Eight Component: Teamwork

Dreams are achieved through teamwork. The working together of two or more people with harmony.

No leaders succeed without teamwork. In teamwork,you brainstorm and share ideas.
Great achievers are people with great teamwork.

These are Components that make great leadership.
