The media must cash out on Tinubu’s name.

But there is one recurring factor here, the SW.

Hence, whether it’s Tinubu, Osinbajo, or Fashola, we are fine by it and it’s a win-win situation.
Speak for your family. We are not satisfied with tinubu

Buhari is not obasanjo, buhari doesn't play his politics like that, during his own election last time, he made tinubu the Co chairman, forget that thing that he will bully party members to surrender, buhari's system is by planning by proxy which he has been doing with the buni badaru el rufai and Co, and guess what, all pointers to osinbajo, dont worry we will be alive to see.

Buhari that has consistently appointed Northerners to all the juicy position?

He publicly told us that he has an anointed candidate and would keep it secret.

Northerners are done with this election and I can assure you that they will rally round a candidate who will protect the interest of the North.

That candidate is neither Osibanjo nor Tinubu

Everybody knows that Yorubas are highly tribalistic. A Tinubu or Osibanjo presidency will be an opportunity to fill all the positions in Nigeria with Yorubas.

Go to any agency headed by a yoruba man and see.

Rubbish trash beer parlor gossip.
Yoruba mooslims are so scared to confront their benefactors upnorth when they abuse them. Daily trust is a northern newspaper, but giant Igbos keep hunting your little life upandan.

No yorrobanza man will be president comes 2023.itveither it stays in the north or south south /south east. Buhari will be far more willing to handover power to an Amaechi that that cunning ,untrustworthy bastard called tifnubu. Mark my words
No Yoruba presidency in aso rock, no matter the current permutations. All their efforts shall end in futility.

In party politics no one is chosen...

8000 delegates are up for grabs in APC Presidential primaries

APC has two strong factions, Buhari's CPC and Tinubu's ACN

To win APC primaries who ever has Atleast 3000 delegates wins.

Now I put it directly to you..... Who in APC can convincingly defeat Tinubu and Osinbajo if convention and Primaries were held today

.

Who in APC can convincingly win Tinubu and Osinbajo is not a question. Rather who will the buhari CPC back will win the election.

That the president is yet to disclose rather whoever he wish will defeat both Tinubu and Osinbajo combine.

From the APC governors forum it show they are going to shock both the south west.

And even if they later decide to support south west it is go to be a tough election.

For me I don't want Tinubu and Atiku

Buhari’s anointed candidate will win the primaries. If it’s not Tinubu even some SW delegates will abandon Tinubu because of money and political compensation, plus these politicians are crooks and government has one thing or the other on them, no crook wants to be in trouble for another crook. Buhari has all the resources and power to influence the election and ensure that his rival candidate is defeated at the primaries. That’s what the presidency affords him in Nigeria

Now that Buhari would soon be powerless like Jonathan and the rest.. CPC loyalists would seek another master and Tinubu or Osinbajo is their best bet

Even Buhari knows fully well that he has no power to coerce anybody to vote any anointed candidate that was why he begged Tinubu to Co chair his campaign organisation twice, and assist him in lobbying Lawmakers to get Ahmed Lawan and Gbajabiamila to head the Assembly for easy governance

I can see that you guys know nothing about politics, moreover you know nothing about buhari, is it buhari that saraki tormented for 4years, that he couldn't do anything despite all the presidential power with him to nail him, it wouldn't had taken obasanjo 1 day to deal with saraki, I repeat buhari body language now favours osinbajo, and that's the best he can do, he is a man of not many words, the position of South West in apc now is not coincidence, they worked for it since 2014,the same way igbos worked for pdp, why are people surprise that the odds favour the sw, take it to any bank, a South westerner will be apc's candidate, if you guys are not careful a yoruba man will snatch the pdp ticket too.

Go to any agency headed by a yoruba man and see.

At the end of the day, whoever the north supports wins the APC presidential ticket. And mind you, the core north ALWAYS vote in block, keyword BLOCK.

The race belongs to either Amaichi or Osinbajo. Whoever the north supports between the two is Winning. Take my statement to the bank and cash on it.

It's a no brainer to the Iragbiji old man that his ambition is death on arrival. I have lived, worked and so politics in the north. Dude is going nowhere

But I see Amaichi becoming the chosen one.

Why do I say that? Buhari! That man is not good at many things. But he always repay good gestures. Amaechi has done sacrifices that Buhari will not forget. And typical of Buhari, h doesn't care about Nigeria. He only cares about what and how he fills. Go kill yourself, if Buhari like someone? Forget about it

The bulk of the delegates are members of the National Assembly. Some of their leaders already declared for Tinubu whilst he was in London. If it’s indirect primaries, it’s almost certain Tinubu will win. If they try to dribble him through Consensus for another individual, he will almost certainly leave the APC for another party!

"Highly tribalistic", yet 80% of you make living in SW. From what I have seen so far in Nigeria, those who are actually "tribalistic" are the ones accusing other ethnic groups of tribalism. They always play a victim cards instead of them to look inward. If you are asked to speak of any personal experience wrt tribalism, you would be blabbing. Most of you are not even comfortable in your own towns but comes to another man's area, country and shout of tribalism.

Rotimi chibuke Ameachi will be your next president for the following reasons.

1. Just like Tinubu he supported Buhari financially and lead 5 other PDP governors to APC.

2. As minister of transportation he has constructed railway across Nigeria and has done well to please the president by doing the one from Katsina to Niger republic .There is another one connecting Kano state too.

3. Tinubu as president from south west will be too powerful to be stop not to go for second term.Rather the north can easily use their over bearing power to stop Ameachi from contesting for second term.
Especially when PDP may still control Rivers state where he hail from.
Just like how powerless Obasanjo was when he was contesting for second term so also will Ameachi look like for the north when his first term ends.

4. The north know Injustice when they see one. They know Niger delta Goodluck Jonathan was ruthlessly betrayal by Jagaban and his south west brothers .They understand the region that provides much of Nigeria income should not be treated like a slave.
Hence they try to negotiate Goodluck Jonathan back although mainly to get back to power quickly because GEJ only have one term remaining.
On a second thought they will decide to give it to Ameachi to appease the south south region and which they can also control and win after 1 term.

5 The North also know that since 1999 the south west has taken a chance at the presidency through Obasanjo,so allowing Osinbajo or Tinubu there at the detriment of all the region is foolishness to them.
Now that Tinubu and Osinbajo wants to be president, will the North west produce the next vice president because Tinubu and buhari are the key power broker.but the answer is no that same way they are going to fucck Tinubu up.
Beside Tinubu south west have been rewarded with VP and speaker of HoR for the support ACN gave Buhari.

What I know is that if the power doesn't go to Ameachi it will go to Osinbajo.

The north need who they can control and ways to make their decision work

CPC will seek new power broker up north not going after someone from Southern Nigeria.

Tinubu and the yoruba have sold the negotiating powers of the south to the north. The north are the new king maker they decide who become president and not Tinubu.

What is so difficult for the yoruba to stomach is that they thought since they supported Buhari to be president it will be morally good for Buhari to project them.
But no..they have already be rewarded in full..
