True! But he is still someone who can be reasonable as compared to foreign companies who don't care a hoot about Nigerians. Besides the cost of transporting to and fro Nigeria from whatever country it is being refined would not be included thus making the price of PMS cheaper. It might still be expensive but not cut-throat.
