Do they meet the key requirements? It's too prompt for them now. There's what NATO calls Membership Action Plan(MAP) which you need to go through first before being considered. It takes some countries 2 to 20 years to meet this requirements. Bosnia and Herzegovina has not been a member since 2010 it was called upon to join due to this MAP

Easy ko easy ni, It took North Macedonia close to 22years to meet the Membership Action Plan, MAP requirements. Russia might be sabotaging Ukraine impending membership but that's not the only thing holding them. The main huddle is completing the plan.
