If you already have the idea of the type and quality of roofing material you need to roof your house and they can be sourced locally where you are, the best is for you to take the drawings of the house and the photo you have to the manufacturer of the zinc you want. Most aluminum and zinc companies now sell directly to consumers and the advantage in this is you get to buy quality products and at a good price. The company can go as far as recommending a good person to do the roofing for you.

You can do the same thing for the house wiring too. And congratulations to you, putting up a house in this economy is not an easy feat.

The part of the building I marked in red line, a concrete pillar should be there & not block. I think u should tell ur bricklayer to support it with a concrete pillar. That block may fail with time. This is very important.
