You've said it all. The hunger and astronomical rise food prices has worsening the insecurity situation. Using Lagos as an example and so many big cities, crime is on the increase. Loads of commercial and cooperate beggars noe litters around the metropolis, creating security threat and defacing the city as a whole.

If this ugly trend is not being nip in the bud, it might get out of control.
