These states are not block states. Yobe, Kaduna, Kano, Kastina, Borno, Zamfara etc are block states in the north. They are the ones that matters. Then too, in states like plateau you mentioned, fulanis play a part in the voting system. So you would always have a divide. The Hausa Fulani can never be left out. Not when the SW loves and crave for their alliance

Like i said you dont need block votes to win the presidency.You need 25 states and the south is 17.What one need is win the south and the north central states(share power with them in perpetuity).The hausa fulani are just 15percent of nigeria.its people who give them undue importance. You will see a plateau man speak hausa instead of their dialect.
