Note this: The law doesn't pass judgement over a case that hasn't been brought before it.

No matter how bad something is, until you take it to court the law will never fall on it.

This is the reason an average Nigerian will say nothing will come out of it because no one had taken it up to the court but they all expect a change.

APC never bothered going to court.The judiciary don't rule on matters not brought before them.In any case, defections are legally allowed where the sponsoring party is in such crisis to the extent her members are in disarray, something which was totally absent in the cases of ebonyi and now Cross River State

I'm not in support of political prostitution, but any political office holder dat is no longer interested in his party should be allowed to leave honorably . Sacking Dem by court will only results to gross anti party conduct by politicians, who are fed up with their party, but afraid to decamp bcs of court cases.
