After President Vladimir Putin signed the executive order yesterday to stop gas to those who refuse to pay in Ruble, the EU has rejected it and says it will continue to still pay in Euro. Today is the day of reckoning.

My guess, France. With the presidential elections coming up in 2022 and with the many protests Macron is facing, I don't believe he will wants to add an Economic one and will find a way out. Maybe through a third-party who pays the Russians in Ruble.

Germany. Those ones can only last 3 weeks maximum before the populace turns on their Government.

I don't know if Hungary should have even been on the list as they have always made it clear that their first priority is to keep Hungarians safe. They are been hounded by the EU, especially Poland.
