A citizen of Niger Republic would also feel more well at home with a Nigerian northerner than any other tribe in Nigeria. I had a friend from Niger Republic at University, and he speaks fluent Hausa just like a Northerner from Nigerian.

I'm not against govt effort to rid our nation of terrorism. But just of what particular distinction is this collaboration to others before it?
