The two state governors (Akwa-Ibom & Ebonyi) involved in this case of defection to APC from PDP were outstanding in given dividends of democracy to their people by delivering good and enviable projects in their different state.

Ben Ayade , Dave Umahi, Matawalle can go and dance now. It was clear abinitio that the judgement of justice iyang ekwo was never going to stand. He invented his own law in the case. No member of the executive can lose his seat on account of defection. It's no where in the constitution.

Dave Umahi and Ben Ayade dun go scot free be that grin

We've said it times and times again that it's not written anywhere in either the Nigerian constitution or Electoral Act that president, vice president, governor, or deputy governor cannot change party or would vacate office if they changed party.

But some of our brothers have introduced emotions into Law. The other judgement was procured by Wike and the frog voice man said it himself that he was the one behind the removal of Umahi.

It’s common sense, you can’t sue a sitting governor. The only process with which he can be removed is impeachment

By style by style the thieves don collect power from the people. Parties no longer possess the mandate of those who vote for them. Candidates can now run away and do whatever they like with the mandate. The Electoral Act blown off, the constitution is scattered. Do we still have Nigeria?

2023 is a walkover for APC

PDP should be getting prepared for 2031.

Any aspirant from PDP will just be wasting his loots on a fruitless mission

Ayade has been sacked, the Judge just wanted to behave like a patience master, the Judge can't say he does not know the Appeal Judgement that was filed against Umahi, even Umahi will still be sacked because the said appeal against Umahi was not the same case that was filed against Umahi in the lower court that led to Umahi's sack.
It shows that Umahi lacks Judicial reasoning

Go and read the constitution about the case at hand and stop this sentimental and partisan statement of yours. Where was Nigeria when your rejoiced over previous judgement? The constitution is a binding force and not emotional biasment

Not as worst as it was during the era of your Darling PDP where results were announced before the conclusion of elections and a former PDP president will visit a court room just to subvert judgement in a tribunal

Idio t. I don't belong to PDP. I m neutral. And for you to justify that INEC isn't worst under APC shows you are a buffon. You should be deregistered from the party
