I wish soludo well in this money wasting venture. I pray Ipob/ESN will not begin to tag these ones as saboteurs, destroying their properties and their belongings. It would have been better for soludo to announce and offer amnesty to those who are ready to surrender and repent. De-ipoblized them and integrate them back to society.

Setting up committee like this to engage with people with terrorists and inverted thinking members is just a waste of government resources because all of them can never surrender. Different deadly groups will begin to emerge and keep giving conditions impossible for government to succeed. Setting up committee will make them feel they are winning the war against government so it will make some of them become more harden criminals and demand for what government can not meet.

Psychologically, it is bad technique for future of Igbo land because it will make more touts to join Ipob/ESN or form another deadly group in the future in order to hold government at random. After grace period expires, government should allow people to report activity of ipob secretely to government, police and army and compensate people that divulge true information like where, when they hold meetings, their movement and other vital information.
