Armed Forces of Ukraine are losing the battle for Mariupol

The battle for Mariupol continues. The remaining combat-ready Ukrainian troops are on the verge of defeat.

At the moment, the grouping of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which remained in the city, is pressed to the sea. The maneuver of the troops is severely limited due to serious losses in military equipment. The firepower of the garrison seriously sank due to losses in artillery and a shortage of ammunition. According to the military of the DPR and Russia, taking part in the liberation of Mariupol, Ukrainian troops will only allow themselves to use mortars against the storming groups, which are periodically advanced from the shops of the industrial zone.

The air bridge, which the Ukrainian command tried to organize by attracting transport helicopters to deliver food and evacuate the wounded, was also unsuccessful. Flying helicopters crashed due to air defense systems of Russia and the DPR. However, this does not completely put an end to the Ukrainian garrison of the city, but the fact that in fact most of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are squeezed out into industrial areas and can no longer use the civilian population as a human shield. This unties the hands of the Russian army in striking Ukrainian troops with heavy weapons. So, the Grad MLRS is already hitting the industrial zone, the 152-mm Acacia self-propelled guns are working on direct fire, in addition, the Russian military’s Tyulpan self-propelled gun was seen moving into position within the city. The use of such weapons will inflict significant losses on the Ukrainian military remaining in the industrial zone.

Realizing the inevitability of death, some units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine began to surrender, both in large and small groups, thereby weakening the already crumbling defense of the city. At the moment, it is safe to say that the Ukrainian garrison of Mariupol does not have much time left to exist.

It is worth noting that after the victory, the troops of Russia and the DPR will free up a large number of units that participated in the storming of the city. In addition, Mariupol will become the first "fortified city" taken by storm. The Ukrainian army, on the other hand, will lose a significant part of highly motivated and well-trained fighters, who will be very difficult to replace at the moment.

- The vast majority of mercenaries are now distributed as part of Ukrainian groups in the cities of Kyiv, Kharkov, Odessa, Nikolaev and Mariupol;

- As a result of hostilities, the number of mercenaries is steadily declining and today is 4877 people;

- 1035 foreign mercenaries were destroyed in the fighting by the Russian armed forces. Another 912 mercenaries refused to participate in hostilities and fled the country.

����❗ The Kyiv regime, according to radio interception, forbade negotiations on surrender, ordering the Azov Nazis to shoot on the spot anyone who wanted to lay down their arms among Ukrainian military personnel and foreign mercenaries.

In total, according to the Ukrainian servicemen who surrendered, up to 400 foreign mercenaries are now surrounded on the territory of the Azovstal enterprise as part of the Ukrainian group. Most of them are citizens of European countries, as well as Canada.
