For the past 7 years you mentioned, does Rivers State have councillors. Wike has not conducted LGA election since he assumed office. Know this and be at peace. You also know what happened in 2019, how Magnus Abe frustrated APC with court injunction. At least in 2015, he won some seats both at the state assembly, house of representatives and Senate.
