A 20-year-old student of Joseph Sarwuan Tarka University, Ogbona Shedrach has committed suicide.

Salemgists learnt that the deceased was a 200 level Student in the department of Biochemistry before his dismiss.

A source in the family told salemgists that Shedrach’s parents were divorced and he faced some many challenges because of his parents marriage status.

The source said the deceased had requested a sum of 50,000 from his father to enable him settle his pressing needs.

He said his father had declined his request which got the deceased angry. He took his own life by hanging himself with a rope

What for? Could you imagine taking your own life becaus of 50k. The money that can't even solve half of your problem.
