With ur raw blooded chicken that had a little splash of veggie oil. I've never seen a poorly cooked rice like this pooh! Yuck!

No.
The green vegetables (green peppers and co) together with curry powder gives it a yellowish green (or greenish yellow, depending on how you look at it) hue.

I found out that to get the best of coconut rice, you want to keep your ingredients simple.
You don't want anything that'll interfere with, clash or overpower the coconut flavour.
