Why Does APC Only Win Elections If There Is Low Voter Turnout? by GreatAxeMan: 12:18pm On May 03, 2022
I just noticed that the 2 general elections won by APC had the lowest voter turnout in Nigeria's history.

We know that APC didn't exist before 2015, but that still wouldn't explain why they win elections with extremely low voter turnout.

Can anyone explain the reason for this?

Permanent Voters Card and Card reader killed PDP's fruadulent reign

In 2015 more people still used manual accreditation, however 2019 very very little people where allowed to use manual accreditation and if you did they confirmed your PVC

2023 Election would have even lesser voter turnout

Because those who supposed to vote in real life were busy voting online.

And also, the era of writing figures is over.

Voter Registry is updated before each general election because of population growth.

Nigeria has one of the fastest growing populations in the world.

That means that there were more registered voters in 2015 and 2019 than at any other time in Nigeria's history, but in spite of this, only about 3 out of every 10 voters were able to vote. That's a very abnormal voting pattern.

Other countries in Africa like South Africa have been using electronic voting for decades before Nigeria, but they are still recording over 60% voter turnout in spite of having a much smaller population than Nigeria.

Your reply does not contradict my point; if at all the reply relates to my point.
