A colleague sent me this question via email. Can someone help?

During my reading, I came across II Chron 26:15. I don't remember ever seeing this. It talks about Uzziah building engines. What do you think those engines were? I understand this isn't your standard theology subject, but it was interesting to me in that the Word says "nothing new under the sun," and I firmly believe there IS nothing new under the sun, including technology. So--now--for your opinion. I understand you have already gone for the day, but hopefully will receive this when you come back to work.
