Try factory resetting it with the loader menu! i.e Hold the standby button at the front panel while you switch it on from the back,a menu will pop up;On that menu you'll see a factory set option

u only have access to 11 ftv stations on mytv like channels,ait,rave,wazobia,ntai,waptv,rti1,rti2,aljazeera,kbs world,galaxy,silverbird ,digital congo ...u cant subscribe to mytv stations like mytv series it wont work becos it is not mytv embedded decoder...STRONG is pleased to offer a Free-to-View TV service

Please house, I just changed my location... I was using two dishes... One 60cm for eutelsat 16 and multi TV and the other 90cm for MBC @8 DEGREE WEST... I have been having challenges in getting eutelsat 16e in my new place but tracks multi TV with ease.. I don't really know what's wrong.. . I need diligent directions on how i can get eutelsat 16 I am currently on multi TV... Thanks from akure

Eutelsat16 is d new Mytv position where u hv tvc, and our local channels, with ftv card u will hv access to all our local channels free, u must register and activate that ur old card b4 it can work.

try changing d position of ur lnb from h to v i.e from 9 o clock to 6 o clock den if ur max tv is is v change to h nd if ur core tv is h change to v just like dat for d odas .dats what i did nd all of dem are stable including gtv sports plus.or better still u can still check ur diseqc if its okay

Move your dish to 7 east or 7 west it have good channels You can also try 16 East if you don't have it yet
